I had a packet of dark chocolate digestives. I've noticed, in the past, that it tends to have a negative affect on my stomach.

I feel much better now, though.

I've got more than a touch of the TWs.

I think, from about 6:45pm I've been drinking strong IPAs.

Might'f been - deffo was- been seven or even eight pints.

On an empty tum-tum too.

Then, back yerm, some cheapo wines.

Egg and chips seem to'f settled the drama down a tad though.
