The Mamas and Papas, famous for their harmonies and for both of their famous songs but are you a fan of the band without whom there would never have been Wilson Phillips?

Although I appreciate the pleasant sounds that come out of their mouths, I find them strangely creepy. They have the air of a sinister cult about them and, for no reason that I can think of, I always associate them with Charles Manson.

I have Googled it. It seems they did have some sort of link with Charles Manson. I shall endeavour to find out what it was.
