Oh, I'm back now. I only posted that, checked my emails, checked facebook, and had a mooch through any furure moving concerts of distinction on DICE and that was it, all I got for my £1 of data.
Meh, in the old days you could surf the internet for a week and still have change for a slap up fish supper out of a 10 bob note.
(actually I thought I'd posted that at the time, but obviously not)
Sorta old fashioned putting on a show for the punters, not just draped in dark emu ennui. Or something.

Where exactly were you surfing the Internet? I was very unwell in Andalucia several years ago and decided to watch EastEnders on YouTube - someone was helpfully uploading episodes right after broadcast. My bill was extraordinary.
So much so that I have had internet options on my phones disabled ever since.
Twenty shillings - I'd object to that having to be shelled out on top of my contract.

UK, but I'm on pay as you go, I only use the internets on the phone outside the house when I'm at a moving concert of Distinction.
