It is over.
I felt that was a mixed bag. When he was doing proper songs, it was a lot stronger than when he was trying to be techno/synth/industrial. In fact I felt the reliance on synths was the album's big weakness. It would have worked better if he'd used nothing but non-electronic instruments on the album. Overall, I felt there were some good songs but the pace was too stately. It needed livening up in places.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.
