I think that’s Edward VIII. Who also ended up hanging out with the Nazis in the hope they would restore him. I see Charles as more of a John Major. |

| There's also talk of Sheffield City Council being forced to rebuild an elderly pub, round here, after "accidentally" knocking it down. _________________ |

| I know I'm rather pedantic when it comes to boundaries and borders, but why has the BBC filed that story under "Stoke"? Yes, technically the Crooked House is in (South) Staffordshire but it's like 50 miles from Stoke in north Staffordshire and is very much a Black Country pub, not a Potteries pub! |

I hope they're watching this story closely and it stops others from trying similar crimes! |

| Why do Russian floral displays always resemble blood on snow. Don’t they have florists who can steer them away from red and white carnations? It really creeps me out and always has.
As so those heavily swagged net curtains they favour, which resembles coffin lining. Even as a child, the visuals used to repulse me when I saw it on news reports. Why do they do it.
There must be some deep cultural reason, as with the mirrored windows everywhere, which I eventually discovered was the clash of Russian Orthodox taboo and nouveau riches. |

Yes that’s sad. She really looked quite frightened in the clip that was released. It was very sad. |
