N.B. if your song is a bit rubbish put wild west effect bullets ricocheting off of rocks going all "p'yow!".

I was going to give it top marks right up until that moment as well.
It soured the entire experience.

It is over.
It was OK. It was often melodically and lyrically primitive and had a weak vocalist but it did just about enough to get by,
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I wish I hadn't forgotten about this, because all my favourite tracks are on side 1, and I missed them.

I thought it was pretty tedious.
In fact, despite quite liking E=s at the time, myself and my group of friends and local associates, were fairly scathing about BAD (and even the Clash generally) at the time.
There was always this sense that Mick and Jimmy and Tarquin and Timmy Twelvepence and the others were just a bunch of Notting Hill mountebanks.
In truth, it's the Nic Roeg stuff I like best about 'Equals' I like best.

Paul Simenon was in a stained glass class at K&C College with my Mum for a term BTW.

I read that as 'Paul Simenon was in a stained glass case at K&C College with my Mum for a term BTW.'

That was their end-of-term project.
