I think it suffers from the same thing that the first Siouxsie and the Banshees LP has, it was so ripped off, the novelty and innovation has been knocked off it.

Or something. I dunno.

I suppose in 1978 the novelty of a punk band ripping off having a Roxy Music influence would be exciting and new. Other than that things like the first Ultravox! album that came out 18 months before, but they were more new Wave chancers and not ex-members of The Buzzc*cks.
