I've had 53.5 units this week. That's 0.5 units less than last week. And the least-drinks week I've had since May.

I always have to have at least two bottles of wine, and then a couple of whiskies maybe.

Wendi is an enigma when it comes to booze. She doesn't seem to drink at all, except for Christmas Day and Easter Sunday when she starts on the Carling Black Label at breakfast time.

I only drink on bank holidays, as I don't like the taste of alcohol and I don't like feeling dizzy but I do feel I should do something to mark the fact it's a holiday.

0 Booze, v.v.v.v good.

I need to work up to that, so I've got myself a gootle of Mann's Brown ale, 500ml at 2.8%.

My work cellmate is drinking a bottle of alcohol-free cider.

I'd heard that people had begun enjoying 0% beers and ciders at work. But it's a bit unsettling to see it. It's made me really want some nice 12% wine right now.

I've had 52.8 units this week (or I will by 10pm), that's 0.7 units less than last week. And once again my least-drinks week since May (May 24th not the Theresa May era).

I quite like low alcohol beers, I still get all giggly after 3 of 'em.
