The sleep (and lack of sleep) thread

I woke up at 1.30 this morning and lay awake for ages.

And when I finally did get to sleep at 5am, I had a dream that a wasp was buzzing round and annoying me

I slept really badly again, only 4 hours. And when I was asleep I was having nightmares about Orange Is The New Black.

I think I'd got caught trying to steal the DVD boxed set of it. It was all mixed up with that time I was falsely suspected of shoplifting in Tescos.

I slept really badly again. 4 hours, in two instalments. It's not like me to sleep badly three nights in a row

I can't concentrate properly at work

God, I only got 3 hours last night, and I had even worse OITNB-related nightmares.

If this goes on, I won't be sleeping at all by Friday night.

Praise the lord, a splendid 7 hours at last. Even if it was in 5 separate instalments.

I slept excellently from 9pm-3.30am. And then I got up and had a delicious Spanish omelette for breakfast.

I slept excellently for over 7 hours without waking up once. But when I woke up I really needed a w*e.

I only got 3 hours' sleep last night.

Though that was because I stayed up till 4am watching the final 10 episodes of Breaking Bad.

The last two nights I've gone to bed at 7pm and got up at 4, and gone to bed at 8pm and got up at 4. I'm not entirely sure this is a good idea.

Mind you, it was nice and uncrowded when I got to Tescos just after 8 this morning, they were still turning on the lights in the F&F area.

I've just had a very pleasant 10 minute nap on my bed in the afternoon sun.

I slept 10½ hours last night, what a triumph!
