Yes, you should go off and get some Fanta.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I am feeling odd. Sort of empty. Apprehensive and off centre. I used to be 5, and 10, and 19, and 22, and 27, and 31, and 36 and they were fine. I used to be 39, and that was ok too.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I feel a bit odd again. I notice that once again this feeling is being felt on a Thursday.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I fell over in Glasgow yesterday, I wonder if that could be a contributory cause?

Were you wearing 6" heels in a force 9 gale?

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I was wearing bright blue walking boots and it was a calm day. But I was hurrying so as not to be late for my hair cutting appointment.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I did say these could be the sad last days.
Alternatively, it could be location specific. Stansted Airport has made me physically unwell every single time I've used it. It may be coincidence, but I think it's something in the air round there that doesn't sit well with me. When I've been departing from it, I've been fine each time until about five miles from the terminal. On arrivals, I'm fine until I'm up and out of my seat.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
The fall wasn't enough to be potentially fatal. Though my left shoulder and hip, and right wrist, are still painful.
Despite being Essex brought-up, I don't like Stansted either. I've never been onto the airport proper but I don't even like driving past on the A120.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
Once again I feel a bit odd on a Thursday, in a week in which I went into Glasgow earlier.
Plus yesterday I heard one of the Sainsburys self-checkout supervisor women saying she'd just tested positive for covid.

Glasgow seems to have an ill intent towards you. Try Edinburgh.

I reckon it's something to do with the pattern of the Countess's weekly booze cycle.
Peaks and troughs and so on.

Oh gosh, that's given me such a sad 'as others see us' shock.
In any case, this is day 3 of 5, I should be fine.
Have you ever read The Lost Weekend btw? The protagonist's Thursday to Sunday binge is so intelligible to me.
I'm definitely getting some kind of illness.
Also, I've cut my mouth on a sharp edged boiled sweet fragment.

Re: Feeling a bit odd
I’ve never read it but I’ve seen the video. I was a big Brookside fan, and finding out what Barry Grant and Lindsey Corkhill got up to that weekend was essential to fully understanding later parts of the plot lines, and how she became a gangster herself.
