Fixed it.

It seems to be some weird overflow valve that, when the outflow pipe is blocked, releases the water onto the floor instead.

I fail to see how that's a positive design feature but I have taken a plunger to the plug hole, got it unblocked and that seems to have sorted it out.

That's a gr8 health and safety feature right there. As good as switching a light on upstairs, the bulb pops, trips all of the upstairs lights meaning you've got to walk down the stairs in the pitch black to flick the fuse box switch back on. Who thought of that one?! You might get saved from being electrocuted but as for falling down the stairs..... doh

Actually, I guess in this day and age a lot of people have torches on their phones, as do I, and I usually have my phone upon my person.

I thought I already had.

Anyway.

Nu-HotW pages don't fully load (no reload icon, just the X in the search bar).

No add ons - videos, images (hot-linked or otherwise) visible, no smileys visible.

When I click "send" when creating a post it doesn't proceed to post it and put back where I was in the thread when I made the post - I have to instead click the "Click here to view your message" button.

I'm not getting any problems. on MacOS 10.15.4 Surafri 13.1 the only extension I have is AdBlocker Plus 2.1.1, which is running on this site

Have you deleted your cookies?
