I had six bags of Hula Hoop Pufts and a Swiss Roll for my dinner, yesterday. In hindsight, it may have been a mistake. bawl

It's good to start with fruit when one's tummy has been wobbling.

They spend longer in your tum than other fruits, but it's still only 45 minutes apparently.

Roast pork can take up to 6 hours!!

Well, I saw the New Year in with a spectacular bout of the tummywobbles. sad yes

I suppose mixing tequila, rye whisky, dessert wine and Chianti and Tempranillo with a big bowl of spaghetti (which usually gives me some degree of acid reflux) wasn't such a good idea.

I didn't get any wobbles this Christmas. I reckon all that healthy sherry kept the pipes clear.

I've had an upset tum for 2 days. And I had to drive 420 miles today, so I tried Imodium for the first time. It was very effective.
