In celebration of myself, I've had one drawled request for breakfast in bed which I haven't yet met.

I sent my mum a video of me holding up a poster saying 'Happy Mothers' Day, love Fangirl x'.

She's finally called. Great relief. In the nick of time, just as I was leaving but before I made a tw*t of myself in public with my plague proof costume.
Which consisted of a white B&Q disposable hooded overall, two Sainsburys carrier bags secured round the ankles with elastic bands to cover my shoes, a scarf wrapped round my lower face, a pair of red leather gloves, and my Notorious BIG style Versace sunglasses to keep me from touching my eyes.
My sore throat is definitely not my imagination, and in the last half hour I've just coughed for the first time.

I had a coughing fit while washing up 20 minutes ago. It's gone now though.

I almost never cough or get colds, so I'm nervous.
My mother told me she could see three abandoned supermarket trolleys in her street. Apart from that, we had some trouble hearing due to the wailing sirens at both ends.
