Sighted some classic pre-thunder clouds: altocumulus castellanus (so called because they supposedly look like a row of battlements).

Starting to rain again here.

It's been a strange day. It's been thundering almost non-stop since early this morning, even when it's been sunny. I can't remember a thunder storm ever lasting this long.
