It is over.

I didn't enjoy it as much as the other albums by them but it was still decent and I felt Side 2 was stronger than Side 1.

Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it. Excited

The Xylophone bit had the same tune as the, "Where are you? Where are you?" bit of Altered Images' Pinky Blue. The trumpet bits were clearly inspired by Penny Lane. There were also hints of the Human League's Mirror Man.

My copy of MTM vanished when I was at uni - either I left it behind or my housemate stole it. I never bothered to get a replacement.

Of course since I posted that I've been forced to painstakingly reassemble it by playing the tracks on Youtube and capturing them with Audacity.

And they're all crap. 'Recorded at gunpoint' is the phrase that comes to mind.
