I can see Stevie Nicks swaying about with a tambourine...

Tasteful, yet dull.

No, it's something else.
What is it?

I'll tell what's hard in Morocco.
The mattresses.

It is over.
I think it was obvious what that album's strengths and weakness were.
I picked it for inclusion here because, quickly sampling the tracks the other day, it reminded me greatly of the first Dire Straits album, in being a group of great musicians with a not overly-gifted singer and one standout track among a competent set of other songs. Both albums also came out around the same time as each other and I was struck by the twists and turns of fate that, while the Straits went on to global superstardom, Sniff 'n' the Tears vanished quickly into oblivion.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

They weren't any better or worse than the tracks included on the original release to be honest.

I shall give it 2 stars, even though Driver's Seat deserves 6.

Here's the singer being interviewed. He seems like a nice man and shows off his paintings. He is definitely a better painter than he is a singer.

Well, you're nothing if not consistent in your withering harshness.
I think the band deserve three stars alone.
Personally, I'd give it 4 stars, but that would obviously be abzurd.
