Kinda T. Rex-y.
The song before that is.

Re: Cockney Rebel - The Human Menagerie (1973)
I know I've compared them to the Boomtown Rats before but you really could have released this is as a Boomtown Rats album.

Dave Lewis of the Acton Gazette commented: "The Human Menagerie expand[s] some genuinely original and exciting ideas. The music is an extension of the fag-glam rock cliche, but with a more musical and slicker sheen to it. Harley's voice is nothing to shout about, but the flat, almost bored tone gives a strange haunting effect to the songs.
Oh, the Acton Gazette.

Definite Nights in White Satin influence on this one.

Re: Cockney Rebel - The Human Menagerie (1973)
This track is so much more ambitious than anything we've heard so far from this album.

It would have fitted in perfectly on The Psychomodo.
