Very good production. One too many borrowed tunes for my tastes.

That was an odd album. 50% Eldorado and 50% A New World Record. Side 1 is clearly superior to Side 2. Overall, it's one of my least favourite ELO records even though it has some good tracks on it.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

The album has lots of ambition, but the songs don't quite match up to that ambition.
Obviously they eventually would.
