Very hard to get blood out of suede. If they're anything like every other Doc Marten ever produced, by the time you've worn them for half an hour it'll be pouring down the backs of them.

I bought a harness basque. All straps, no coverage. I’ve just had to cut it off. So many hooks and clips and straps you’d need an engineering degree to get into it. Even when it seemed fully on, there was a whole spare section trailing down the back with nowhere obvious to wrap it - maybe that’s for whoever you’re having sex with so you’re tied up on the same outfit.

What an utter waste of money. It’s in pieces on the kitchen floor, where I ran in a panic to find scissors after realising that unhooking the neck parts was even more difficult that hooking them to begin with.

I thought it might be great on certain nights, and also look cool over a crisp white conservative shirt, with jeans over the bottom half.

Never in the field of human history has so much navy ribbon been used for so little. I’m tempted to post the pieces back with a scathing letter to the seller/designer.
