The two pictures above - the open white shirt is quite an attractive look for him. The black leather jacket is very definitely not.

At a party in France, I once met a 96 year old man who was wearing only a white thong. That at least has a clear no as an answer that includes all wearers.

I've seen those, it is a fairly striking uniform. Someone Spanish told me it was based on a theory that military men should not be indulged in taking themselves too seriously or becoming heady on the power to intimidate people - a bit of camp was essential to keep them humble. No idea whether that's true, but it works.

The Brazilian black berets are also pretty hot.
