Put muesli in a bag, pour water on it and you get a bread that can't be found anywhere else.
Is she sure that's a good idea?

Tüte means bag, eh? I'm guessing that's cognate with 'tote' as in 'tote bag'.

Not only does Heron now sell flour that's specifically designed for making bread, it even has flour that's designed for making wholemeal bread. I have bought a packet and will give it a try, once I've used up my normal flour.

Wholemeal flour?
And have you been making bread with non-strong flour?

I've just been using general purpose flour.

I always found pure wholemeal flour made the dough too sticky to be manageable, so I used to mix it 90:10 wholemeal:white.
In other news, the mention of muesli above prompts me to tell you all that I've switched from instant porridge to muesli, as it saves 30p and 100 calories a day, as well as not generating so many waste plastic pots.

I used it, for the first time, this morning. All I did was mix it with baking powder and water and put it in the microwave for three minutes - and it came out like proper wholemeal bread.
