I barely saw any of the athletics. It was remarkable how little coverage it seemed to get.

These Olympics really lacked any sort of Super Saturday-type collective excitement and big name athletic-ers like Mo Farah or Fatima Whitbread Usain Bolt. Of course, the time difference and lack of spectators dampened things somewhat. Tom Daley knitting didn't quite hit the heights of 2012.
