As we all know, the third movie in a movie series is never any good but there must be exceptions. So, this is where we can nominate third movies that actually are good.

They're still doing their old-style inoffensive humour, so it's not much good if you're expecting a classic Carry On.
It does have some interesting SFX in the scene with the electrified doorknob. It looks like the bolts of electricity have been drawn onto the film or something.

It would appear to be Inspector Clouseau. The one with Alan Arkin playing Clouseau.
