I'm about to watch the 1967 film It! (AKA Curse of the Golem), which I haven't seen since I was very little.

All I remember is it stars Roddy McDowall and a golem.

Now people are flocking to the museum to see the statue.

The love interest's arrived.

He's asked her if she wants to see the new house he's buying.

She has spurned him.

Now she's unspurned him.

Half-heartedly.

Roddy says he's going to prove her father's death wasn't an accident.

Museum director's walked in. Being monumentally insensitive.

A plane is landing.

Every 1950s and 1960s Horror film has a shot of a plane landing.

Art expert type has showed up.

Verbal sparring between him and Roddy.

He's noticed writing on the statue's robe.

There's more writing. He's reading it out.

He says the message was supposed have been written on the original Golem.

But then the Golem disappeared.

Now he's telling Roddy how to bring a golem to life.

You have to put a piece of paper, bearing the name of God, under its tongue.
