Can the font not be permanently reduced in size? It's a bit big for a forum!

This (size 13) would surely be better.

I've been trying to do it but nothing works. There's a control for reducing it but that doesn't work. I've tried changing it by going into the site's coding and rewriting it manually but that doesn't work either. There's something in the site's coding that's keeping it stuck at its present site but I don't know what it is.

I'm about to make another attempt. Given that I'm messing about with the site's coding, this could cause chaos, so brace yourselves. If you have anything sturdy to grab hold of, I suggest you do so.

That seems to have worked.

Now I have to check that the rest of the forum's not been messed up by it.
