As well as being quite South Bronx circa-'86, it has something of the DC sound to it as well.
An interesting blend.
Possibly 'important' in regards to the development of hip-hop.

It's more a collection of 12"s slapped together we no thought of anything other than the movement of ass air though bass speakers.
Some of 'em went on too long, and it's asdated period as possible, but you can't half love it.
