Someone else has put their excess rubbish bag outside my house again, hoping to freeload on my unused bag allowance

I worked out whose it was though. It was tied exactly the same way as the ones two houses up, and they had their full allowance of 3 bags outside.

So I put a big label saying FLY TIPPED on it and took a photo and grassed them up to the council

That's really cheeky of them.

But I do have to admit that in the past when I've had a mega full green bin of green waste I've been tempted to put some of my surplus stuff in the neighbouring, more emptier green bins. I never have though.

Council were fl*pping useless, the bin men came at 10.30 and just chucked it in the bin lorry with all the others, the council didn't even reply for another 6 hours.

Last time they were right on it inside the hour.

This morning the recycling binmen came while the main binmen were still just down the road. That's very unusual. Typically the recyclers come about 8am, and the black bag guys might not appear on the scene till as late as 2pm
