Can you click and drag the said images from the site where the pictures are straight onto your desktop?
If so, then you can then host them at somewhere like Imgur (it's free and easy to create an account) simply by clicking and dragging that image directly into your Imgur account.

Oh, I don't know how to do all that click and drag to desktop stuff with iOS devices.
I think you need to get acquainted with the option click function on your keypad in order to find a way/place in your hard drive to save these images and then either host them (Imgur for example) or use the forum function that Princess_BellyBorkleZ suggested above.
