Supposed death

TMZ later reported that news of Roberts's death was a mistake, and that O'Brien had received a call from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just after 10 a.m. on January 4, 2021, that Roberts was still alive.[2] Her representatives later confirmed that Roberts was alive and remained in the intensive care unit in "dire" condition.

Marion Ramsey, best known for her acting in the American film series Police Academy, has died at the age of 73, her agent has announced.

Her management at Roger Paul Inc told the BBC she died at her Los Angeles home on Thursday morning.

The agency said Ramsey had recently fallen ill, but did not give a cause of death.

Ramsey was adored by fans for her portrayal of the squeaky-voiced Officer Laverne Hooks in Police Academy.

Siegfried Fischbacher, one half of celebrated magic double act Siegfried and Roy, has died from pancreatic cancer in Las Vegas at the age of 81.

Roy Horn died from Covid-19 complications last May.
