BTW, did you know that Liv Tyler's middle name is Rundgren, on account of the fact that Todd was led to believe that she was his daughter by ner-do-well star-chuffer Bebe Borgle for ages and ages because she knew Steven Tyler was a carwreck.
Poor Todd.

I haz some suggestions.
David Bowie - Earthling. His 1995 drum and Bass album I remember thinking it was really good at the time, like as is in as good as his 70s albums. Not heard it this century.
Dave Gilmour - About Face His so-so Early 80s second solo album. It's not a bad album, but it's not great, not heard it in years, I wanna see how 80s it is these days.
Ron Geesin & Roger Waters - Music From The Body (1970) But mostly so I can hear Wendykins first experience of 'Body Transport'
One of those Wings albums I bought the other day, which I've still not got around to listening to.
Radio Activity by Kraftwerk, I'd say it was my fav album by the German funsters, but again, it's been years since I've subjected myself to it's radioactive charms.
Pete Townshend - White City Fighting
Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Love Beach Trilogy, for all that overblown prog goodness. I remember this one being a lot less overblown than their other good ones.
The Who - Who
Maybe something that's new, by a new group.
After Nils Rungen or whatever he's called, natch.

Kylie Mingoue - Golden I remember not liking this, but maybe time will heal all wounds now I'm not 'purched' for an album of bangers that slap. (Am I doing this right fellow young people?)
Lady Gaga - Art Flop Pop. The infamous album that killed her career. Kinda.
Bob Dylan - John Wesley Harding, Something for the teenyboppers there.
Kedr Livanskiy – Your Need, Something for the boomers there.
Fanny – Mother's Pride 70s all lady American Glammy group.
Bis – Slight Disconnects 2018 Album that I've still not quite got around to listening to.
Gang Of Four – Happy Now Their 2019 and final album, the one before that was one of the worst albums I've ever heard, can this one be an improvement?
Anyone's fancy being tickled there? I'll stop when someone likes one of these suggestions.

I like John Wesley Harding. But I can only do a running commentary if it starts at 7.30pm.

Wire - Chairs Missing I've heard Pink Flag and 154, but not the one in the middle. Jenny Hval - The Price of Love Really, like this one when it came out last year Thomas Leer and Robert Rental - The Bridge Was going to do this one years ago, but we never got around to it. 1979 on Industrial records. Black Sabbath - Technical Ecstasy Their forgotten album Mike Heron Foods – Smiling Men With Bad Reputations because of the cover
Simon and Garfunkel -Bridge over Troubled Waters
Boney M. - Oceans of Fantasy It's Boney F' M.
I've got more if you want them?

How about Splinter?
Carly Rea Jepson - Emotion Apparently the best pop album of the last decade. It's charmed escaped me the first time I heard it, I mean it's alright, but it's not a towering colossus of pop perfection. Or maybe I'm wrong? A group listen will prove it.
Robyn - Body Talk same as above.
La Roux - Supervision This should be turning up 2morrow!
Sonic Youth - Bad Mood Rising Never actually listed to 'em back in the day. Heard about 2 tracks of Goo, and err.. it sounded alright.
Lolina - Who is Experimental Music? Worst, least essential thing she's ever done, at least on MP3 will having a Vinyl copy make it sound better? Probably not.
A Devo album of some description? I've never heard more than a few singles by them.
One of the later Incredible String Band albums, like Liquid Acrobat as regards the Air, that I've no strong opinions on?

I'd rather not do any of the rubbish Scientology ISB albums.
The problems come when you approach them in isolation and can't effectively arc their trajectory from hippie lightweights to hippie/folk pioneers to brain-washed Hubbard-husks.
It's like, say, a band like The Residents, where you decide that they're cr*p and a one-trick pony because you've listened to one - ONE - 1 - and only ONE - of the band's earlie elpees - quite unlike anything they've done before or since - and pompously assume you've heard all you need to hear.

PS - For many ,many years - indeed for as long as I can remember living at Mum's place - I grew up with an old (bass-dimesioned) drum as my bedside table that was lent to the ISB for them to play at the Royal Albert Hall in 196?.
It's still at my Mum's flat, along with a wooden rattle with bells on that my Mum made they also played.
I think it was famous gig.
On fillum and all.

I was thinking about their last one, Hard Rope and Twine, because pixie boobies the cute little birdie on the cover, but looking at it they were still into Sc*ent*l*gy even then.
How about the Grease Soundtrack? Maybe something by Sunny Bono, Doug E. Fresh, Issac Hayes, Beck or Courtney Love?
