Well, that was mixed. The Good bits were really good, but not so good bit, well not bad as such, but he'll do better.
Not sure if I should give this a 3 or 4 ★ review.
Dosn't help that the first song has been rendered unlistenable through over play.![sad yes](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/2158945485.gif)

I went for 3 in the end. ![sad yes](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/2158945485.gif)
Also this is a 1976 re-issue, not 72 as I'd thought.![doh](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/360414468.gif)

Quiet one...
It's just occurred to me, he's not singing like Antony Newley anymore.
'Tony Newley?'
'No, I don't know who it was.'

This would've been released around the time he changed my nappy. ![yes](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/959869116.gif)

I loved this song when I was little.
I remember it was re-released probably in probably the mid-'70s and watching the 'video' for it on TotPs on my Mum's B&W telly.

Has anyone else ever combined the Mellotron and Stylophone to such brilliant effect? ![happy](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/2622191953.gif)

He did this kind of thing much better on 'Sold'.

Still, it's hardly bad.
Quite impressive really.
A big, brash number.
A bit restless perhaps...

I've had to twiddle with the graphic equaliser for a more pleasant listening experience. ![sad yes](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/2158945485.gif)
Bass up - treble down.
