Why had I never heard of Christina and the Queens until today? I see there were a few mentions of her/them on the old HotW forum but I heard the new single "Girlfriend" today and I quite liked it - it sounds really 80s.
Video includes what is perhaps rather ironic/tongue-in-cheek gr8 dancing.

I was in Sainsburys magazine section this morning and someone was shouting a very loud song about 1984. And it wasn't David Bowie. I quite liked it, but it wasn't at all suitable for 7.10am.

That's new in musical terms for me
Also I sort of guessed it might be, from the shouty, Wheatus/Green Day 2000s vocal style.
