I was moving a bookcase earlier. I ended up wedged down the side of it after my back gave way. I can now only walk in small semi circles.

You haven’t stretched properly, clearly.

And your posture is probably shocking, generally, and therefore specifically vulnerable to how you use a weight machine that relies on a person using it in a standardised way.

Yes, it's gone again.

Veh veh painful and uncomfortable.

I'm dosed up the eyeborgles on painkillers and have a pack of frozen peas gaffer taped to my lower back.

None of it's helping much. bawl
