I had an Aldi pizza, a bottle of Pinot Gris and fell asleep at 10pm.

I awoke at 1:30am, took a Zopiclone, read my book for a bit until the pill began to make its effects known and then slept till 10:15am.

I am now waiting for my Christmas cuppa to cool down sufficiently so I can take more top kwality prescription medicines.
