The floodlights are on a the local sports ground.

When I say, "local," it's about 2 miles away but I can see it. Therefore, I count it as local.

Any way, they've had to turn the floodlights on at this time of day.

Now after 11 o'clock, in old money, and my lights are still on.

It was very dark here at 8am (GMT) too. I thought it was the result of being so far north, and it tipping down with rain, but obviously it's happening everywhere.

I've finally been able to turn my lights off.
