At approximately 2:11pm on Saturday 13, July, 1985, Cliff Richard performed his own Live Aid gig (called "A World of Difference") whilst actual Live Aid was going on! gasp

Cliff Richard later stated he was unable to perform as he was committed to a gospel charity concert in Birmingham, although Geldof indicated he had no recollection of having asked Richard to appear.
