I see he also worked with the Thompson Twins and.... a lot of other people. I think I may have seen his name in album booklets/sleeve notes.

Oh dear, what a shame. I'm sure I remember her having cancer during her Watchdog days. That's when I also thought she was called Lynne Faultswood.

Yes, she was probably one of the first people I remember going public with having cancer. Her and John Stapleton were like the original husband-and-wife presenters, before the likes of Richard and Judy. In more recent times you'd occasionally see her on the newspaper review section on the BBC News Channel.
