Vintage Violence or Contemporary Peace of Cr*p?
Re: John Cale - Vintage Violence (1970)
Sounds distorted, is that just this upload or is it like this on the album?

I feel like he's extracting the urine somehow.

Clay-O?
It does sound like a 1970 kids show music.
Not sure if that's a good thing or not?

Certainly dosn't sound like the Velvet Underpants.
I say that, maybe the Doug Ulé (?) stuff does sound like this?

I promise you, the more you listen to his records the more you dislike him.
There're some real gems all across his catalogue, but it's the man himself that becomes so unappealing.
