There's a live version of this from some concert VHS special.
It's absolutely sublime.
There's a guy playing a synth-clarinet and Cleo Rocos comes out at the end wearing bugger all and everything.

Even David Gray's version of this is OK.
It's one of those epic songs nobody can scr*w up.

I saw a horrible thing with her being hassled by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers once.
Oh, sorry...
It is over.
Well, I liked it.

It is over.
Apart from the singles, it was tedious and ludicrous in equal measures. It's hard to not feel that time has passed it by.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

I shall give it 3 stars because of the singles.

SH,WG is such a good song (one of the best UK hit singles of all time IMHO) that it makes you forget the various averagenesses of the album as a whole.
Ultimately, it's all about the singles (very wisely chosen)...
And S*x Dwarf.
Four excellent songs, a few good ideas undermined by dull backing and some faintly embarrassing, dated, sneer-punk rubbish.
It deserves ★★★, but...

The voice of reason has spoken.
Or just Wendi being reasonable for a change.

I was slightly disappointed Marc Almond really didn't like that rumour about him. I would have thought he would have though it was hilarious.
