For some reason I alway associate it with TG's OST for Derek Jarman's In the Shadow of the Sun.

Basically I just think that that was another album I was always flicking past in the amorphous "experimental, industrial and avant garde" section in one of the many Notting Hill RATE shops in the vain hope they'd accidentally put the original version of Meet the Residents in there.

I quite like the second one, but that was more shimming guitar ambient stuff, which is apparently quite different to this one.
