Starts like an REM album track.

I wonder what would win in a fight? This or Oasis's Don't look back in Anger?

It is over.
It was OK. I felt it lacked a certain punch but it had a freshness to it that prevented it boring me.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

It is over.
I liked that.
A bit too Sydish Pink FLoydish, but I think their lack of 'chops'* stopped them from being too close.
Or something. Charming.

They're only the band The Jam could've been, Michael.

Oh, no, that's when he says the bit about the Shakin' Stevens quote on the back cover of Bouncing Back.

I've always had a great fondness for the drumming on TVP elpees.

I haven't properly listened to this album for about 30 years.
