Not for me, I think Rise and Fall, Seven and Absolutely stand out strongly on their own.

It failed entirely to rehabilitate the band in my eyes and ears.
The hits were OK - especially "The Prince" and "Night Boat to Cairo" - but the schtick, Suggs mugging...
Nah, I grew out this band well over 35 years ago.
