Grossly underrated or rated very accurately all things considered and sentiment taken out of the entire equation?
Re: Keith Moon - Two Sides of the Moon (1975)
This is terribly sad.
In a moving way.
In a moving way.

It is over.
That was rubbish but endearing. In My Life was the clear highlight.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.

Now I don't know what to do. I want to give it 3 stars but I gave last night's album 3 stars and that was clearly better than this one.

Re: Keith Moon - Two Sides of the Moon (1975)
Well, what-a-to-say and what ado?
As a coherent work of art it deserves all of the scorn and shame heaped upon it to date.
However, it's impossible to dislike.
Much like The Man himself.
I've always found it to be an inanely, frothily fun listen that never outstays its welcome.
A dully baroque shimmering fragment of musicians en-masse and with the supposed main gemstone on a darkly driven death-drive.
Better than anything U2 might have plopped out in a quadrillion years.
