It has finally stopped raining.

Cold and windy. I had to put a blanket over my duvet last night.

Which made me realise it was spring when I came to stay at my parents' house. Now 5 months have gone by.

It's not my proper doctor remember, it's the other surgery, on the other estate.

I got soaked. And it was a sink estate after all, there were kids riding round on a mini motorbike in the park there.

And the surgery had a big red notice DRUNK OR ABUSIVE PATIENTS WILL NOT BE SEEN.

I got me jab though.

Walking back home along the riverside path I thought 'I don't think I've been this wet coming home since I fell in the river in 1976'.
