It was a very ordinary album, lacking the energy and character of the likes of Litle Richard.

Thank goodness for that. One word: slog - despite the album's short length and the shortness of the songs. The slow songs are almost non-existent and the fast ones are highly annoying and generic. For years I've *tried* to like Elvis due to his legendary status, but there really was absolutely nothing to like about this.
