Re: Joe Fagin - Time Is a Thief (1984)
It is over.
It was a solid set of songs by a capable singer who struggled to break sufficiently far enough away from his influences.
Now to look back at the thread and see what everybody else made of it.![Excited](/users/3715/63/33/29/smiles/4075307247.gif)

Well, my oh meedly my oh my of me...
Better than anticipated would be my final summary.
A lot better.
It's not going to trouble The Pretty Things or The Sax Pistols II, but it was a gently enjoyable collection of tunes that ambled by enjoyably.

Well, that was much, much, much better than expected. In a way I only created this as a kind of joke listen. His vocal style was very much in the same mould as Joe Cocker, and Chris Rea, but it was strong and the production was decent all the way through. I cannot see a reason why this album wasn't released in the UK!
