What's considered Madonna's "early stuff" these days? I liked most stuff up until around 2003 when she went all political, British, and autotuned. S*x Madonna is always best.

I'd guess that "early stuff" means anything pre-True Blue.
Y'know, Holiday, Lucky Star, Borderline, Dress You Up, Like a V*rgin, Material Girl etc...

Most modern Madonna fanboys probably think anything pre-2010 is "early stuff".

Yes. And perhaps unsurprisingly, they all share one thing in common.
...They all like Madonna.

From my experience, male Madonna fans are some of the bitchiest, most opinionated and generally annoying people in the world.

Nawh, he's like a breath of fresh air, in his own little way he's like a little Ray of Light.

I love her 80s stuff. I never really bothered with her beyond that....until....
In the last year I've picked up some of her later albums in charity shops, as they only cost buttons.
None of it comes close to being as good as her 80s stuff, but Bedtime Stories turned out to be a nice surprise.
American Life and Hard Candy....I've only given them a couple of spins and wasn't impressed.
If I spot the ones I'm missing, I'll give them a go too.
I don't like her as person though.

I bought Bedtime Stories at the time. It's quite urban and dancey, but nowhere near as unique as Erotica which preceded it. Everybody needs a copy of Erotica - it's pure filth.

I don't have Erotica. I used to see it in Poundland (and MDNA) before I dared to purchase her non 80s output.
I haven't been to Poundland in ages. The tills are now self service tills AND NOTHING'S MORE FRIGHTENING THAN THAT.
