I was just wondering what toaster ovens might be after reading loads of stuff on reddit about American minimal living.

They're what I'd call a mini oven.

I am currently researching them.

I need one that can accommodate a 10" pizza, as that's what my local Heron sells.
My microwave has just popped its clogs.

Now i don't have any kind of cooking implement at all. killcomputer

If you put an iron upside down in a wastepaper basket, so the sole plate faces upwards, you can use it as a hotplate for a small saucepan, or an opened tin of beans or something.

I'm sure there's a trick you can find online for opening a can without a tin opener though.

Given today's microwave expenditure, I'm now looking at getting a halogen oven, rather than a toaster oven, as you can get 4.5 star rated ones from Amazon for just £35 and I've now discovered I've got £20 in Amazon vouchers in my account, meaning one would only cost me £15. Excited
