As they're currently in the news.

I've never used one but my older brother had a pager when he was away at college in the mid 90s. I remember him saying that the cool people had pagers and only the geeks had mobile phones. box

My mum and dad used to ring a number and leave a message for him. It seemed quite exciting at the time.

Never. If I did I’d bin it. As I’ve taken delivery of a new iPad, I’ve had suspicious thoughts about it too.

I just posted about a Filofax, minutes ago!! llama

I remember pagers being a thing about 1991-93. The rise of PAYG mobile phones killed them.
