| Steak and kidney pudding, and kippers, should be on the Top Tier. _________________ |

| Cauliflower cheese shouldn't even be on the list. _________________ |

| They've got Yorkshire pudding above toad in the hole, even though toad in the hole is Yorkshire pudding with added sausage. _________________ |

| Faggots taking up the rear I see. I'd swap them for calicheese. |

| Yes to Yorkshire pudding, Sunday roast, fish and chips, shepherds pie, cottage pie, cauliflower cheese and Welsh rarebit. No to absolutely everything else there.
I'd add Stilton, which I hold to be the undisputed King of Cheese. |

| Where's lunch tongue?! Or is it not British? The handful of times I've been abroad I've never seen it - certainly not in America. |

| What is lunch tongue? How does it differ from breakfast or dinner tongue? |

You forgot tea tongue. Do you not get it in the south? I've always wondered if it's more of a Midlands and/or North thing, or a leftover from the days of tripe. I don't know why it's called lunch tongue to be honest. |

| An actual tongue? Not something just called that for want of a better name or through habit? What animal is the tongue from?
I'm sure you can probably buy such things in the South East to feed your dogs or whatever. |

| Cow. Tongue is loverly, it's like the knobbly bits off a leg of lamb. Beef Wellington's are terrible, it's a steak* in a pie. Like a really bad too big lump of beef in a normal beef pie. * most overrated thing Eva. |

| Harvey Nichols have lovely little canapé style Beef Wellingtons. The little pastry lids (about the size of a 2p coin) come off so you can add extra gravy.
I think their food market is much underrated for quality and value. Less than a fiver for bread freshly flown in from Paris, lovely selection of honeys and curds. |

| Hate: Yorkshire pud, Sunday roast, toad/hole, chick tik mass, beef well, and everything on the last row except kippers and laver bread.
I think 'lunch tongue' is the tongue equivalent of 'formed ham', ie it's proper tongue, but tongue from more than one animal pressed together and sliced to make nice uniform slices.
